The course is aimed at all personnel involved in the process of internal auditing, in particular those involved directly with quality management, and including those with management, procurement, contractor, health, safety and environmental responsibilities.

Course Overview
At the end of this course, delegates should: -

• Be familiar with the background to the development of the international quality standard, and understand the business benefits of implementing a certified quality management system (QMS)
• Understand the structure of a QMS as specified in ISO9001:2008, and know how it should be implemented, audited and reviewed for the continual improvement of the quality performance of an organisation
• Be able to evaluate how well their organisation’s QMS meets the requirements of ISO9001:2008
