eLearning: Training courses written, designed and created specifically for your company and running on CD-Roms, or over the internet. A training method ideal for induction, product and technical training, it allows employees to complete training in-house or by remote access. Our training is broken down into discrete modules taking no more than 40 minutes each, giving maximum flexibility to trainees.

Tutor-based learning: Classroom-style courses, either on- or off-site, which focus on face-to-face learning from an expert tutor, and which may have CD-Rom backup material.

Blended learning: An approach which combines elements of both e-learning and tutor-based learning. This is a flexible training method that can include CD-Roms or internet-based learning, video material and tutor training either by remote access (email response, for example) or face-to-face training. A blended learning approach can be most appropriate for very specialist training that may include an element of legal compliance.

Enhancement: We can take your existing in-house training courses, develop the content and create engaging, interactive training running on CD-Roms or over the internet.
